📄 תנאי רכישה - לקוחות בישראל

• עיבוד הזמנה: עד 2 ימי עסקים מרגע ההזמנה.
• ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שלא נעשה בו שימוש, לא נגרם לו פגם והוא באריזתו המקורית. ההחזרה באחריות ועל חשבון הלקוח לבית העסק או באמצעות שליח.
• החזר כספי: ינוכו 5% או 100 ש"ח (הנמוך מביניהם) כדמי ביטול. כמו כן, תקוזז עלות המשלוח בפועל – גם אם סופק ללא תשלום.
• לקוחות מוגנים: אזרחים ותיקים, עולים חדשים ואנשים עם מוגבלות רשאים לבטל עסקה תוך 4 חודשים, בכפוף להצגת תעודה מתאימה ובהתאם לחוק.
• מוצר פגום: יש לדווח תוך 3 ימי עסקים מקבלת המשלוח. באחריות הלקוח לבדוק את טיב המוצרים עם הגעתם. פניות מאוחרות לא יטופלו.
• החזר חלקי: במקרה של פגם בפריט יחיד מתוך הזמנה – יינתן החזר מלא על הפריט הפגום בלבד. שאר ההזמנה תטופל לפי תנאי ביטול רגילים.
• מוצרי מבצע: לא ניתן להחזיר פריטים שנרכשו במבצעי חיסול/סייל.
• החלפות: תבוצענה רק במקרה של פגם באותו מוצר, בצירוף צילום.
• משלוחים: זמן אספקה 3–14 ימי עסקים מרגע הגעת החבילה למרכז הלוגיסטי. זמני שילוח כפופים למדיניות חברת המשלוחים.
• אי איסוף: חבילה שלא נאספה תחויב בדמי משלוח הלוך וחזור.
• ביטול מצד העסק: יתבצע לפי שיקול דעתנו במקרים של חוב פתוח, טעות טכנית, כוח עליון או חשש לרכישה סיטונאית.

🌍 International Purchases – Important Update

Due to recent global changes in import regulations and mandatory tax policies enforced by international courier companies, we are no longer able to process international orders directly through our website.

These new regulations require all duties, taxes, and customs fees to be prepaid by the sender (DDP), creating unpredictable charges that may be billed weeks or even months after delivery.
To protect our customers and maintain transparent pricing, international checkout has been temporarily disabled.

🚫 International Orders

• We currently do not accept international orders placed through the website.

• Any order submitted with a non-Israeli shipping address will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

• Use third-party forwarding services (e.g., RedBox, USaddress, Shipito).
  Once delivered to the forwarding provider’s local warehouse, all shipping and import responsibilities are transferred to the forwarding company.

❗ Import Taxes & Fees

When using a forwarding service, all duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer or the forwarding provider.
We cannot estimate or pre-calculate international taxes.

🛠 Damages & Returns

Returns for international deliveries (via forwarding services only) are accepted only for damaged items reported within 3 days of receipt.
Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

⚖ Legal Terms

All disputes are governed by Israeli law under the courts of Tel Aviv.
Customer data is stored securely under Shopify’s infrastructure.
